Our school welcomes enrolments throughout the school year and we are also able to consider non-local enrolments. Families are welcome to make an appointment for a tour of the school.

How to enrol at Hillside Public School
Once you have decided to join our vibrant school community, follow these key steps:

Apply: EITHER complete our online enrolment application OR If you don’t want to enrol online, you can download and fill out the paper enrolment form: Application to enrol in a NSW government school (PDF 769KB). Then hand it in at our school's front office.

If it is the child's first time enroling in a NSW government school, the following documents need to be sighted by the school:
- child's birth certificate or identity document (original needs to be sighted)
- Australian Immunisation Register Immunisation History Statement

In addition, please provide the following documents:
- proof of student's residential address (eg council rates notice, residential lease, electricity account)
- if applicable, copies of any family law or other relevant court orders
- if applicable, copies of medical/healthcare or emergency action plans
- if applicable, evidence of any disability or other support needs, including any learning and support plans
If your child is not an Australian citizen or a temporary vis holder, please contact us for further requirements.

School contributions
In NSW public schools, all financial contributions are voluntary. Every student has full access to the curriculum, regardless of whether contributions are made.
